Invite DX Engineering CEO Tim Duffy, K3LR, to Your Amateur Radio Club Meeting

Whether your Amateur Radio club has started meeting in person or is still going the virtual route, keeping members fully engaged isn’t always easy. Here’s an idea that is sure to get your fellow Hams tuned in and ready to take away information they can use.

Tim Duffy, K3LR, CEO of DX Engineering and member of the CQ Contest Hall of Fame, is available for free Zoom webinars on a range of topics to suit your club’s interests. It’s just one of the ways DX Engineering is committed to giving back to the people who continue to make Amateur Radio thrive.

“Sharing insights and answering questions about the hobby we all love is one of my favorite things to do as a Ham,” Tim explained. “It’s part of the Elmering tradition dating back to the early days of Amateur Radio. The truth is, no matter how long you’ve been operating, you can always learn something new. Because of Zoom, making virtual QSOs and reaching out to the Ham community is easier than ever.”

Tim is a five-time World Radio Team Championship participant, recipient of the 2015 Amateur of the Year Award presented by the Dayton Hamvention® Awards Committee, and a 2016 YASME Excellence Award honoree. Read his full bio here.

Past club presentations covered topics including Contesting, Grounding and Bonding, Antenna Building, and New/Upcoming Products. Interested clubs can contact Teri Grizer, K8MNJ, at TGrizer@DXEngineering.com to schedule a presentation.
