How to Earn Rewards in Three Easy Steps

1. Join for Free
To begin earning QSO Points, you must first enroll in the Rewards Program. To enroll, simply log into your account at DXEngineering.com, or create one, and check the opt-in box located on the My Account page. To enroll over the phone, ask your customer service representative.
Customers who shop in our Retail Stores automatically earn QSO Points, but you must complete your enrollment in the program for full benefits on online purchases.

2. Earn QSO Points
- Earn 1 QSO Point for every 1 US dollar spent on eligible items ordered via the website or by phone.
- Eligible purchases made in our Retail Stores may result in even greater rewards. This includes items ordered for Retail Pickup on the website or by phone, along with orders placed in the Retail Store for items that must be shipped to you. Information on QSO Points earned per US dollar spent will be posted in each Retail Store.
- From time to time, DX Engineering may offer additional opportunities for you to earn QSO Points by completing other activities or making specific purchases.
Things to Remember About QSO Points:
- QSO Points never expire.
- To earn QSO Points for orders placed via the DX Engineering website, you must be logged into your enrolled account.
- QSO Points are not earned on the following items: gift cards, demo/scratch-and-dent-parts, shipping costs, taxes, purchase of a DX Engineering Protection Plan, purchases made through a third-party marketplace, and any part number beginning with DMO-, DXE-DEMO, DXE-SPL, or DXE-WPL.
- QSO Points are awarded after an ordered item has shipped, not at time of purchase.
- If you return an item, QSO Points earned on that item will be deducted from your account.
- QSO Points have no cash value; they are not transferrable or assignable for any reason.

3. Redeem Your QSO Points
For every 250 QSO Points you accumulate, $5 in DX Bucks will be awarded to your account. DX Bucks can be used to pay for orders placed on the website, by phone, or in one of our Retail Stores. DX Bucks earned from QSO Points are valid for 60 days after they are awarded.
Things to Remember About DX Bucks:
- If you have DX Bucks, the balance will be shown on your My Account page. You also will receive a DX Bucks digital certificate via email.
- When you use DX Bucks to buy an item eligible for QSO points, their value will be deducted from the purchase price to determine your QSO Points earnings.
- Once you have reached 250 QSO points, it may take up to a week for your DX Bucks Rewards to appear in your account.
- DX Bucks cannot be redeemed for cash or used to buy gift cards.
- DX Bucks have no value after the expiration date indicated.
- DX Engineering reserves the right to reject or cancel DX Bucks certificates that were obtained fraudulently.
