  • DX Engineering Portable VHF/UHF Antenna Mount: Designed for rapid deployment in portable operations, the DXE-MOBILEPORT-U is the ideal solution for mounting VHF/UHF or GMRS vertical antennas in the field. Whether you’re camping, participating in Field Day, supporting EmComm activities, or setting up a temporary station, this mounting plate simplifies antenna setup in challenging environments.

The center hole is sized to fit over collapsible masts like DXE Nomad Fiberglass Portable Telescopic Masts, providing a stable and secure base. Four outer holes can anchor guy lines for mast stabilization and support soldered wires to create a ground plane—if your antenna requires one. However, for best performance and simplicity, a no-ground-plane-required antenna is recommended.
